I got one of these faulty DVD ISOs again. MPC-HC plays it fine without any problem, but Windows doesn't mount it (other mounting software works), and MakeMKV have issues with it too.

I've had DVDs not work with MakeMKV before too. For me it just got to a certain point in the rip and just hanged. My solution was to do another rip of the ISO with DVDFab and then it worked fine in MakeMKV. The program will give some warning message about it being ripped with DVDFab, but I just ignore it since I do a full disc rip without compressing it.

Sadly, the mainstream stuff is mostly centralised under DMM/R18 if you want HD content, and they only allow direct payment via credit card at the moment.

Some of the bigger companies also sell DVDs directly (and very rarely BluRays), but they don't ship outside of Japan. I suppose you could use a forwarding company, but I never did that, and even then, I'd wager that those JAV studios don't care for Bitcoin either.

The uncensored studios that are under Dreamroom or what they're called (you know, Heyzo, Caribbeancom etc.) offer money order besides credit cards, but I doubt that helps you much.
