I'm not sure how I would feel about this.
On one hand, they would be quite a nuisance. I'd have to keep the house prepared for guests every day, I'd have to hope that they don't trash it while I'm gone, and I'd need barricades on my door to keep the corporeal ones out and hope the incorporeal ones leave me alone while I sleep. Undead are also not especially my favorites.
