Skip most of the the 60s and 70s but watch the two Mechgodzilla movies those are okay.

Watch all of the 90s movies

Skip the 1998 cheap cash in.

Watch Godzilla 2000, Godzilla vs Meaguriss, Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S.

You can watch the 2014 movie if you want, its alright.

But you must watch final wars, no exceptions.
