Nice story for the contest Losenis, got me surprisingly absorbed halfway through. Plot was fairly predictable, even with some creative details helping on the cause, but that's about as far as you can get with it in a 5k-words limit I suppose. The only thing I see lacking is probably the whole ghost hive thing looking too blank and nonthreatening for it's role.

And Perentie's Wind Riders, pretty much 10/10. I don't think I could ever think of anything imperfect with it, this is something I save links to for future comfy re-reading. Definitely needs a proper lewd ending like promised, though.
For that, as well as making me reconsider Raijus through the unlikable, shallow visage they've unfortunately acquired, this is what my support goes to for the contest.

5k word limit etc. Some of the guys I kept annoying while writing it can attest on how much else I had planned before editing went through. At one point I had to scrap the plot entirely and build another from almost scratch. I really wanting to thoroughly write the ghost presence increasing gradually till they were all trapped in the town hall and the knights became a major force against them while everything happened, along with actual difficulty on Aurelia's part to convince them to team up, but I could not.

If I'm bored one day I'll write a full version. Feels bad to have the amputated version be the only thing up while its full potential sits in my head till I forget about it.
