I was wondering about in-universe stuff. According to her character profile the world hates her so very much and that's why the opposite of what she says is happening. Her saying the sky is blue and the sky turning red was an example used there.

Her power reverses situations that she talks about, not makes whatever she says untrue. And like most Touhou powers, it isn't absolute, so even if your example actually fit the the description of her power, it would still be bullshit.
