If you want to get the easiest lunatic 1cc possible, you could just bombspam DDC Sakuya A or LoLK Reisen. Therefore, from hardest to easiest, out of the three things you listed:
- clear all photos in a photogame (ISC excluded since it is not a photogame)
- any lunatic 1cc
- any extra clear (these are somewhere between normal and hard to clear in difficulty usually)

It's a pretty silly question. All of these things are relatively easy to do, although maybe not so for a complete newbie.

lolno. I did, a itemless run on ISC and i only play on normal and hard. While i agree that is much much MUCH harder than the photography games, is not as bad as playing Lunatic and even hard in some Games.|

Eh, I'd say that depends on the game.
For 2-8, it's between Hard and Lunatic.
For 10-14, it's between Normal and Hard.
For 15, it's arguably easier than Normal.

Of course, this is less a statement on how hard extra is, and more one on how much more difficult Hard has become over time.

I don't think so, i did a legacy normal clear with Marisa and i have yet to clear the extra because lunatic impact eats all of my lives.

That's not how it works. You are talking about an itemless AND subless run? You can just choose the nimble fabric in bot main and sub, but i don't know why would you do that since you get the achievement withouth main.
