Ametalk's format is "[insert] Comedians", which can be anything from fictional works (eg. Eva, Doraemon, Sakigake!! This time's theme was "Perfume is sugoi" and other than the real members actually appearing in studio (instead of a terrible imitator or Egashira 2:50 for shits and giggles), it was pretty basic episode.

They would have said it was part II if they had done a Perfume episode before (like with Jojo or Pakuritai Grand Prix), but they didn't.

I have no idea, this was actually the very first time I've watched anything with Perfume in it.
