I live in one of the safest provinces of Canada but we have a couple serial killers from here (left to right):
>Allan Legere the monster of the marimichi
Tortured and killed 5 people.
>Justin "maple snake" Borque
Randomly killed 3 RCMP officers one day and even he doesn't know why. Killed up yo 18 men, women, and children

Decapitated 2 elderly people. Went to the US border shortly thereafter, on foot, looking like pic related, carrying just a homemade sword, a hatchet, a knife, brass knuckles, and a chainsaw covered in human blood. He told the officers he was an assassin for the US government and had killed over 700 people. American border agents saw no problem with this and let him over the border.

Please notice that despite being only 31% of the province's population, so far the French make up 100% of our psychos.

Was eventually killed by his teenage protege when he tried to tie him up too.

i still think Mr. Cruel is the scariest of all time, because he was never caught. I don't think he liked killing, just inflicting pain on kids which is even more horrifying. Knowing that fucker is probably still out there or dead of natural causes is really sad.
