Depends what kind of foreingers. If you are from a western country we like you. If you are from a nordic country we love you. If you are from a western country overseas we love you. If you are from a muslim country we dont like you. If you are from the east we dont like you.

When there were less muslims people hated on hungarians, croats, serbs and so on, no we are hating muslims. Most people are ok with east asians. They never make problems here
