How did it get so popular in Finland?

I don't know if you noticed, but it is basically just one guy in this video. They use sophisticated film tricks like they film him in the front seat and then turn the camera off and then he goes to the back seat and they film him there.

It is one Estonian actor who made this joke video and Estonians only found out about it because it became popular in Finland.

Now he is in New York and while he has gotten some minor Broadway roles it might be safe to say he hasn't made it there.
