Isn't 5% how you prove statistical significance? Still those statistics seem somewhat misleading, if say the average life expectancy is higher in Europe it stands to reason more women would die of cancer at later stages in life (they wouldn't have gotten cancer if they died sooner) so that would skew the data to make Europe worse when in reality you could be looking at better outcomes for patients in the same age group.
Case in point pictured, now, I don't know what the actual reason for my country looking good there is, but I doubt is because healthcare is better than in the US and Europe. That's a very nice interactive in the site I got this from btw.
