depends on season, last winter we had -30 so 10 was considered really fucking comfy

Below 70 degrees is cold here.

-35C to 0C is cold
25+C is hot

12+ hot
4- cold

Depends on the season obviously. Summer days below 20 are "cool", summer days above 30 are hot. Winter days below -5 are cold, winter days above 5 are "warm".

Well dunno, coldest winter in my region that I remember was -36C, it was hard to wake up at 4 am and go to work in these conditions.
