Short answer: I'd say we're about Chile tier.
Long-ish answer: No one really gives a fuck since we have a strong national identity and it's also really hard to tell unless you make a country-wide DNA test. On the internet you'll find statistics ranging us anywhere from 95% "mestizo" to 50% "white" but both terms are rather vague, and pure natives slightly less than 1% of the population. Pre-hispanic Paraguay never had a large native population like Mexico or Peru, and in colonial times we never had a strong Spanish influence like the countries in the Caribbean. After the War of the Triple Alliance we lost about 80% of our population and the government started to selling land dirt cheap. This attracted a lot of euros and argies during the 19th and early 20th century.
