I was at a metal festival some years ago. There was a bunch of ruskies near where we were camping. One of them got absolutely shitfaced and kinda obnoxious and annoying towards us. His friend punched his lights out and we were kinda confused. He just said that's how he is. When he came back to his senses it was all good between them.
Ruskies are weird people but ok.

I have mixed feels about Russia. It is a fassinating country in many ways but on the other hand I associate some very negative things with it such as organized crime, malicious government etc.

I just happen to like the music and they are nice gatherings. They are more chill than most other music festivals I've been to. People are mostly just drunk and very few junkies around.
