I mean, some of us DO look white and are mostly white genetically speaking.
It's just that ethnically we usually define ourself as an entirely different ethnic group, as opposed to the usual "white" ethnicities (i.e. Europeans, WASPs, etc), an ethnic group that might also combine people of a different, or at the very least non-identical genetic background.
