I have never been that good at catching the fine details of social interaction but atleast I wasn't timid and boring when I was younger. But now my social skills are even worse and on top of that I am a little timid and much more boring than I used to be. I don't really see my social skills improving in any meaningful way as things are now, in fact they might deteriorate even more and that would be really something since they are now worse than they have ever been before.

Luckily university is accessible here but the exam is a resit so failure would mean I would have to repeat the class. I don't want the mental blow of being held back a year or the financial blow of the costs incurred by this, especially when I don't have a job

I'm unemployed. Used to mix NEETing and odd jobs here and there, but then I asked for an IT training, and got it after a long wait (Hollande)

That training was no good and now I lost the welfare... So urgent need of money. Might do me good, who knows.

For now I don't know if there will be 2 months of gap, or 6 months. Could actually end up homeless pretty fast. Saw my physician yesterday for a thumb problem, he thinks I've been sucking my thumb in my sleep. Oh well, maybe madness will save me and I'll end up in the psych ward.

But yeah the NEET life must be nice in life when no family issues, when you can live with the parents, and get NEETbux for nothing (the gaming PC...) (only after 25y/o)

Tough question. Probably easy if you chose to study STEM.
But even those who have nice degrees tend to flee to London for a few years, because our job market is too protective (for the people in place, i.e. old people)

For me it's next to impossible. I dream of having children who'd get a good future.

that's one thing I'll try, but on the one hand I have no qualifications, and on the other I'm not as cheap as illegals...
My menial jobs of choice are call centers, handicaped children, stock boy... (looked that up in a dictionary)
