You totally want to move into the northern states. The more to the north the better, they are very safe. We have lots of employment to everybody, you'll fit right in. First you need to find a way to work there, which is always the hardest part. Working for an American company that has a branch in Brazil to transfer to is probably the best best. Otherwise I have no idea.
