Idk, weather is hot in here in summer but I have A/C. it's more modernistic btw.
Better than Saudi Arabia and Qatar and on par with Oman.
Sharjah and Ajman are the only other "developed" Emirates. the others are mostly oil wells and mines.
Minimal wage for shittiest job (garbage picker) is about 750$ but comes with a small apartment.
Dubai is better for foreigners as its laws are loose and has more "liberal" laws. Abu Dhabi however has more money and pays higher.

GCC countries have freedom of movement, means I can go to Oman, Saudi or Qatar (not now) without much border checking.
Qatar crisis will be resolved in 2020, until then yeah There are no Qatari citizens in the country and no travel to there.
