Buenos Aires (over 13 million people) is very fine in some neighbourhoods or suburbs, and I guess the mid cize cities of the Pampas (like around 100.000 to 200.000 people) are pretty good. Like Tandil or Venado Tuerto or Pergamino or Rio Cuarto are fine too.

I think there are far less leftists in Cordoba and Mendoza too.
