Yeah there's this thing called a vacuum cleaner we invented. Also we have black widows and brown recluses which LOVE to hide in shoes. House shoes can be worn outside and inside, some goes for any footwear. We check our feet before going inside, muddy/dirty shoes stay outside in the outside shoe basket where every family member has a pair for yard work/dirty labour.

Do you guys really think walking outside in a first world country will make your feet so dirty that you need to take them off, hell even the grass here is sanitized.
