As a waiter myself I can tell you it's not something you should worry about too much. I deal with too many people a day to bother remembering any specific person just because they didn't leave a tip. I also understand that not all my regulars can afford to leave a $5 tip everytime they come over. That being said it'll prob depend if your waiter/waitress is a cunt or not.
