No. ATMs are generally rareish and never in your route. The bank office in mah hood took a hike and took their ATM with them, now the nearest two are both a few km away and no matter where I'm going I always have make a detour if I need cash.

Here you can get £5 sometimes in poor areas. But usually it's 10s or 20s only. If you try and pay with a £50 shopkeepers will look at you like a drugdealer. I wish we used more cash, I prefer it.
