I remember the first time that I ever heard some people speak Dutch. Shit was fucking spooky.
At first I thought that I had had a stroke or something and didn't understand German anymore, next I thought it was English but it wasn't either. This language is some uncanny valley shit that sounds like you're supposed to understand it but you don't. Especially because you can regularly identify words that you understand but they just don't form a coherent sentence.
