i have a half brother who is a decade older than me, my mother raised us as true siblings so i'd say yes

but our relationship isnt a deep as brothers who would have grown up together, all be it him and my half sister see me somewhat as a son cause they helped raise me

My dad is 60 and I have a little half sister who is 9 and a 6 year old half brother I don't see them very often maybe once or twice a year but I still consider them family I hope we're closer when they're older.
