South India is the original of Indian culture.
South Indian people are closer to Asia. Southeast Asia is a Tamil cultural sphere. Japanese culture has also been affected by South India.

Tamil Nado often conflicts with the central government. Genocide against the Tamils in Sri Lanka, the central government has letting die without helping the Tamils.
