In your opinion, is interracial adoption good or bad?

Lots of white american families adopted girls from China while the one child policy was still a thing and such girls were getting abandoned by their birth parents. Is it unhealthy/immoral to uproot children of another race from their culture and raise them in a loving home from another? Or did these girls end up having better lives in America than they would have if they stayed in orphanages in China?

There's nothing wrong if you can't have children or already had natural born kids, is still better to adopt in your race but if you can't it's a fine option.
