How do I become a fat, balding, manlet Turk /int/?

Today as I was standing in line of the local LIDL buying my daily bottle of wine, there was such a magnificent specimen standing in front of me. As I was staring at the bald spot on the back of his head, the idea suddenly hit me. I should aspire to become like this gentleman. As the age of wH*tey is over it would be better for me to become more "ethnic" so I can blend in better in the future and become part of the new European elite.

Problem is I'm a 185cm 85kg blonde, blue-eyed male. The biggest problem will be to become a manlet. A quick search showed that reducing adult height is possible using certain synthetic estrogens in girls, of course these will give me tits but the obesitas should take care of that.

So I wonder if there are other transturks here, and how transitioning went for them?
