why do normies are against suicide?

suicide is ok sometimes
>>
Just fucking do it already, Jorge
>>

Because suicide is the ultimate individual protest to society.
You agree that it has won, that nothing you do matters but since you vehemently disagree with it you decide to remove yourself from the equation.

Unless you happen to have a nuclear arsenal set to detonate if you die, and the ability to launch it unhindered, in which case you have new and novel ways to make your displeasure known to society, and force the changes you desire.
>>
>>78921893
Six of one, half a dozen of the other.
>>
>>78921893
It's virtue signalling, no one outside of immediate friends or family cares would care
>>
>>78921893
Society is against suicide for a very obvious reason: it decreases productivity.
>>
normies love suicide
>>
>>78921893
Honestly I feel like it's just virtue signaling.
>>
On an individual level, suicide is a net loss in happiness. Many people desire well-being and happiness for all people, even strangers.
>>
>>78923987
no actually
>>
Because nobody can say for sure what happens after you die, but at worst you experience existing for no more than a very brief instance in time in which you can do anything you want.

Life is an opportunity of existence that you may never have again. Once you kill yourself, that's it, you've folded and will never get to try again, but that will be true regardless of how long you live. Eventually you will die, but life in a cosmic context is a fucking penny vs a trillion dollars of who knows.

Just bear it out and hope things will get better because it's possible they could. Your suffering won't be eternal no matter when it ends.

Only you fucking retards can find offense in an anti-suicide campaign.

Actually yes. Especially if you're a businessman or investor.

>When a person of working age attempts suicide, that individual immediately becomes economically non-productive; his employer must find and train a replacement, since he will be absent from work whether he dies or not. His family suffers because he can no longer contribute to the home. In fact, his family is burdened with expenses. If the victim dies the family must finance a wake, funeral and related travel and other costs. Even if he is fortunate to survive, the family must pay medical bills, and travel to and from hospital.

Of course the average person doesn't give a fuck about suicide as long the person is in his circle of affinity. The bitch in OP is just virtue signalling and fishing for likes.
>>
>>78924558
>Virtue signaling
or... maybe she or people in her family struggled with suicidal ideation or attempted suicide or even committed suicide and she wants to send a message, however insignificant?

Doesn't that sound a lot more logical than some nefarious bullshit you r9k dwellers made up?
>>
>>78924018
I would like to believe this but it seems naive.
>>
>>78924204
Yeah your happiness won't be eternal either. And if suffering seems like the more likely future...
>>
>>78924646
I think the point was that unless you have a life prison sentence in harsh conditions, or have an untreatable, painful terminal disease it would almost definitely get better.
>>
>>78924594
Because if one of your family members dies, you get to keep his clothes, cellphone, computer and money, so it's supposed to make you happy.
>>
>>78921893
>suicide is ok sometimes
Only under very specific conditions such as a very painful illness.
>>
>>78924824
Some people arent Brazilians to whom a few thousand dollars is worth more than the life of a loved one.

Seriously faggots watch "the bridge" documentary on YouTube. It's about people who committed suicide off the golden gate bridge which has a 98% success rate and they speak to a few people who survived and they say they regretted it the moment they jumped. They realized they didn't want to die.
