Most relaxed people in East Asia, don't stay eternally butthurt for Japan colonising them unlike Koreans.

Saved a lot of valuable Chinese cultural artefacts, even though they put them into an ugly building. They're the only ones keeping Chinese culture alive.

Generally just friendly and polite people. You don't really notice Taiwanese too much because they're a bit quiet, like Japanese.
