My teeth are vert bad. I am only 22 but have many fillings, thanks to shitty genetics. It's one of the reason why I am always sad and depressed, never had a gf, etc etc.

No, I dont eat sweat shit, only fruits and maybe pastry but not often. Floss, rinse, brush and etc. All my relatives from mother side have shitty teeth. Its something with saliva and genes.

Because russian (not russian but SOVIET tier) dentistry is so bad, my old fillings really looks ugly, more fillings=more damage to tooth = tooth implant. I dont have money for tooth implant. I have filling on 1 front tooth - 1/3
