Million times I posted on this kind of thread.
It's simply because Escolar served in their Sushi restaurant, in the name of "white tuna"
Escolar, deep sea fish, contains large amount of wax which couldn't be digested by human organs, hence if you eat more than 3 slices of it's sashimi, you may get satisfied with its greasy taste but after 6-7 hours whole wax will spill out with other solid materials lubricated with the wax.

Actually, white tuna is prohibitted from selling as food here. Only local fishermen eat it for joke. I know it by amature fisherman's blog who ate 4 slices of it and next day filled his pant with his excrement in his office.
