Beautiful place. Really hope they succeed, but I doubt the US will keep helping the YPG once Assad is dead. Hopefully I'm wrong and the US and the UN give all the nearby land to Rojava.

So far they've been being good US puppets.

But Assad is making serious gains against ISIS and the rebels are basically killing each other in Idlib. They're basically fucked when these two go.

Also no one wants a Kurdistan in ME, specially Turkey.
