That is one of the most expensive hotel in Rio, the Sheraton Grand Rio
It has its own exclusive beach for its guests and it is very close to well known turistic places like Ipanema beach
The only problem: there is a slum next to it, Favela do Vidigal. The criminals tried to take down a chopper and killed a cop there some weeks ago.

Not legally, they can't, this one is in the fucking constitution. Some hotels just choosse places so isolated no one is likely to wander in there, but if someone did they can't do shit.
