are germans stupid?

nobody knows exact historical borders between slavic and germanic people, i mean, they managed to convice people that their neighbours that live there for thousand years and who look just like them and share lot of customs/loan words are entirely different spieces

Slightly below Denmark there were Germanic people. The rest were Celts and Slavs. Prussia was entirely Old Prussian, including Hindenburg.

Nationalsocialists, historians and race theorists have considered Germans as the purest Proto-Indo-Europeans/Caucasians (mistakenly called "Aryans") back then.
The Urheimat (original homeplace) of the Proto-Indo-Europeans is not known, but there are archaeological hints which show the paths they have wandered and it prove their first appearing in Ukraine/South-Western Russia. They've spread over Eurasia from there.

Nazi scientists have claimed that Proto-Indo-Europeans are pretty much identical to Germans, so they wanted to restore original Indo-European regions by germanising them. Slavs were considered as cross-breed. Not pure Indo-Europeans.

Light blue is what race theorists have considered as rightful German(ic) clay, as Germans were identical with Indo-Europeans/"Aryans"

Well, this is how it is. Finns don't even speak an Indo-European language. Finns speak an Uralic (Finno-Ugric) language. But they have a more or less big admixture of Indo-Europeans as well.
