Why do so many Taiwanese come to Japan?
Taiwan population are about 23 million but about 4.16 million's Taiwanese came to Japan in 2016.
So 17% of all Taiwanese came to Japan last year.
I can't hear so many Japanese go to one country(17% of Japanese are about 21.7million!It is as many as Taiwan population)

Maybe because they know that eventually something is going to happen to Taiwan, whereas Japan surely won't engage China in any serious conflict
But the real answer is because they can make more money in Japan.
