Why are Slavs incapable of being prosperous and first world?
To me, it seems like they need a strong leader, namely, Mastery from western Europa.

Ìf you looked at the economic statistics, you'd see they are catching up very quickly and many will reach western Europe tier prosperity in two decades or less
so to answer your question: it actually takes decades (four) to recover from USSR rule

They were poorer than france or UK for example but not poorer than Finland for other example.
