It would probably be considered Northern. The division between North and South is especially related to the influence that Spain had on the south. Corsica was only for a brief time aragonese, and was instead most of the time either Tuscan, Ligurian or French. The dialect too is a Central Italian one, heavily related to Tuscan.

it's basically the same as gallurese which is derived from corsican and corsican is derived from medieval tuscan, but nowadays they sound very different.
