Usually have it in the background or just before I go to sleep. Scrubs reruns are pretty comfy to fall asleep to.

Conventional cable/satellite television is an obsolete technology. Like the typewriter. If there are some shows you want to follow, get an online streaming service.

I genuinely don't know anyone under 35 who has cable.
