Burgers: Depend on the toppings

ie American chees has its place on a plain pickle ketchup onion mustard burgle

Bleu on a sauteyed onion mushroom bacon steak sauce Premo. Swiss also works

Velveta + chedar for grilled cheese and queso dip

Its just right cheese for the right jop.
