The women you get there aren't the women you see in the civil. They're special and most of them quite masculine, and sometimes even more agressive than the average male soldier but that's rare. They make up their physical weakness with mental strength. Fortunately most of them aren't on the field, but behind the lines. But if a woman pass the test for infantry for example, well that's for a reason, that means they are capable, you're not gonna wear her backpack on the field.
