Can anyone else relate to this? I've been trying to learn another language for awhile but it's just too damn hard. I can't do it. It's a wonder I can even speak or write English at all. Learning another language just seems like an insurmountable task that, if you have not been absorbed in the language since childhood, you will have to commit practically all of your time and energy to learning it. And this is just for languages with a similar alphabet to English: I would also like to learn Japanese someday, but I have given that up as an impossible pipe dream. There is just no way I can totally master another language at all. My mind just cannot comprehend it. Has anyone else been through this and gotten over this hump?

Your a retard but you could sweep streets if you can't so much as learn a goddamn language xD
It may be mastered 'someday' if you keep learning and learning. That's my motive for learning foreign languages.
