Depends on the weather and the activity. If I have to work in the yard 10-15°C and sun is already enough, up to 18°C is alright if it's a bit cloudy and windy. If I have nothing to do 17-20°C and sun are nice, and up to 22°C with wind. For getting comfy at home no weather is disgusting enough.
