Classic diet pill type amphetamines? They aren't very healthy, but then again so is being obese. I don't know how to legally acquire them nowadays as they have mostly been withdrawn from production. But at least they work, unlike all the crap you can buy OTC.

Maybe read up on appetite suppressant stimulants.

Start with acquiring a more healthy lifestyle. Eat only 3 meals a day and don't eat processed greasy shit. Also you need movement. Get a bicycle or something.

It is easier to get fat than it is to lose weight, it can be done but it will take some time.

Did a quick lookup, the only non-meme appetite supressants (anorexiants) available by prescription in the USA are: phentermine, phendimetrazine, diethylpropion and bupropion.

Remember these are amphetamine-type stimulants so expect the expected regarding side-effects. Don't take them in the evening or you will not sleep at night. Especially the first two are powerful and long-acting. Last two are short-acting.

Pills alone won't do it of course, as said before you need to thoroughly change your lifestyle and not relapse into pigging it up.

Ask your doctor to prescribe it for you and if he doesn't want to, protest your desperation and threaten that you will order it anyway from an internet pharmacy. That usually changes their mind.
