Been to Lisbon, was really nice.

Algarve is the best part by far. Good weather, calm towns, good food and warm people

It's lovely, but Lisbon and Porto are overrun with brown-skinned people harassing tourists and trying to sell them fake drugs. Literally got stopped about 15 times in half an hour just walking through the tourist area. Ruins the experience desu, you should deport them all.
