Yes and no.
The French Revolution ended the Duchy of Normandy, but the Channel Islands were British at the end of the Duchy or something so they're technically still part of the Duchy or something.
In official texts of the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Bailiwick of Jersey only refer to Queen Elizabeth II as "The Queen", but islanders refer to her as "The Duke" as much as they call her "The Queen"
