the problem with women in military/police is that they set the bar lower for them because of their gender.
In the dutch police force you have to run a course with obstacles.
men have to do it in 1:30 and women can do it in 1:50. Same as in the military.
If the woman can do it just as fast as a man I have no problem with her joining the police force.
