Only Samaritan Cohanim(E-M78), and something like 20% of all Jew ethnicities are actually Hebrews(E1b).

It's because of their disapora nature as a people before Israel was re-founded. Even though iirc they generally kept to themselves before the modern judaism movements, they would have wives/husbands and general converts from the native population whose bloodline would be added to their group which would change how they look over time genetically. Lots of more jews would also assimilate into the local culture, break off from Judaism and mix their own blood with the native population.
