I want to create a no frills Limited Liability company in another country (mine is shit for that). Which is the best option?
I'm eyeing Estonia and the UK
https://www.gov.uk/limited-company-formation/company-address
It says I need a UK address, but it can be a PO box. So as long as it get it forwarded to my residence I would be good to go, right?
In Estonia it would be a bit different. There is no problem regarding the Estonian address (you have something called e-residence) but I'm worried about the required capital of 2.5 EUR. It says you can defer it, but I'm not sure I'm interpreting it correctly.

I head the UK was a good option. Why is it that bad? Or are you referring to the impending brexit?
