Lihákka, reindeer kebab etc it has a few names.

>reindeer meat (usually grilled or smoked)
>mushrooms
>spices and herbs
>uikeháá sauce (garlic, peppers, cream )
>served in flat soft bread, either rolled up or open

I think it's mostly a northern thing here in Lapland, couldn't find it down south. But here you'll find it everywhere.

Can't even compare those two.
Reindeer is like other wild game, moose, deer even horse taste similar. Tastes nothing like pork.
It's very lean and dark tasting. I guess strong would be the word.
