toronto ghetto i think, because you have a cluster of bigger buildings, then a bunch of suburban houses in an area full of trees, and then another cluster of big buildings in the background to the right. doesn't look very commie to have such variety across a flat area
also, the ones in the background to the left seem too tall to be residential commieblocks
